USA EXPRESS (1 Business Day - Except AK, SC, HI - These are 2 day. Order by 1pm est) $20.00

USA STANDARD  2 - 5 BUSINESS DAYS $Free

CANADA  6 - 10 BUSINESS DAYS $30.00

EUROPE  6 - 10 BUSINESS DAYS  $40.00

REST OF THE WORLD  6 - 10 BUSINESS DAYS $50.00

 

Prices based on 1 Item per order. Additional charge will apply for multiple items. DELIVERY TIMES ARE SUBJECT TO AN ORDER PROCESSING TIME OF 1-4 DAYS, However orders received before 1pm are usually dispatched next day.

Although our mail is tracked, and most items reach our customers within the timescales above, it is not guaranteed delivery.

 

***Please be aware that we are not responsible for longer delivery times due to the customs department in your local country nor are we responsible for any import duties and taxes that may or may not charge you in addition to the shipping charges you have already paid to MagicSurgeon Store. You may import 3 or 4 times with no charges and on the 5th time customs will hold it for duties and taxes, it just depends on customs and the person who processes the package. Please note that international orders will be required to pay shipping both ways on items they wish to exchange. ***

 

 

 

REFUNDS 

At magicsurgeonstore.com want you to feel confident buying from us, that’s why we offer a 14 day, no-hassle return policy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days to send back unused merchandise, with all wrapping still  intact for refund. All returns and exchanges are subject to quality approval from our warehouse. To qualify for return items must be received in our warehouse within 14 days of receipt in the following conditions:

• Items must be unused, with all wrapping still intact shipped back in their original packaging.

• Items must be free of scents and marks. We kindly suggest that you do not have on perfume or deodorant when trying any of the items

• For health reasons we ask that you wear panties when trying any item. Any cushion returned used or soiled will not be eligible for return and will be shipped back to you.

Although not mandatory, we recommend returning these items with tracking as our warehouse must confirm receipt of the item before a refund can be processed. 

Typical processing time for refunds is 3-5 business days from the time your package arrives at our warehouse. All returned or unclaimed orders will be credited to the original card used for purchasing. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please be aware it may take up to 1 billing cycle before you see this refund as a credit. Returned merchandise that doesn't meet the above conditions is subject to additional fees.

In the event that you receive a damaged or defective item or receive the wrong item please contact us immediately & we will issue you with an exchange or refund. The buyer is responsible for postage costs for all returns & exchanges.

Unclaimed packages returned to our warehouse are subject to ten percent restocking fee.

 

RETURNING AN ITEM: 

Please include a copy of your  packing form located on the original mailing bag with the shipment.
